Kenny Schuster Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Snyder Funeral Homes, Lexington Avenue Chapel on Dec. 4, 2025.
Kenneth James Schuster, age 63, passed away, Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in his Mansfield home. He was born in Arcadia, California on July 25, 1962 to the late John "Jack" Schuster and Jacqueline Prince Schuster.
Kenny was a 1982 graduate of Lexington High School. He was a devoted employee of the former Hi-Stat Manufacturing now known as Stoneridge for 20 years. He loved rock n roll music and was a die hard KISS fan. His family affectionately called him a hippie as he loved to give the peace sign in photos. Kenny had a green thumb and loved taking care of his plants.
He was a big fan of spending time with his family, whether it be family game night or fishing with his great-nephews, Brayden and Noah. Being in the great outdoors camping, spending time at the cabin and relaxing with friends and family were most important to him. Kenny loved to cook and was very good at it, although he loved to alter the recipes which sometimes didn't turn out so well.
Kenny will be fondly remembered by his sisters, Cathie (Vince) Storms and Vikki (Shawn) Bartlett; his nieces and nephews, Ashley (Angel), Kyle (Mariann), Tyler, Beth (Zack), Courtney (Dustin) and Lindsay; his great-nieces & nephews, Noah, Bella, Brayden, Hadley and Savannah; his uncle, Richard (Cathie) Schuster; his aunts, Sue (Dennis) Turcoliveri and Jennie Ramey. He also leaves behind several extended family members and a host of long time friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Schuster; his paternal grandparents, Winifred Schuster and John and Doris Schuster; his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Beatrice Prince; his beloved pets, Buddy, Daisy and Teba.
A service to honor Kenny's life will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 6, 2025 in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home with Celebrant Dave Roberts officiating. A time for family and friends to gather and share memories will be held from 11:00 am until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
If desired, memorial contributions are suggested to the Richland County Humane Society or the Richland County Dog Shelter. Contribution envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
In his honor the family kindly asks that if you're attending the service and able to, please wear your favorite rock n roll t-shirt or tie dye t-shirt.
