Kevin Arvidson, 68, of Monroe Twp., NJ, passed away on January 3, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Kevin was born in Jersey City, NJ, on July 12, 1956, along with his identical twin brother, Keith, to Robert and Rose Ferrara Arvidson. A few years later, his younger sister, Lynne, joined their family. They moved shortly thereafter to
Old Bridge, NJ, where Kevin went on to graduate high school. Kevin, along with his brother, then began working with their father, who was the owner of a small local business, Strathmore Air Conditioning Inc,. as an HVAC service technician/installer. Kevin later became co-owner of Strathmore Air Conditioning along with his brother, Keith, some years later. Kevin was always very proud to work alongside with Keith and was very well-respected and well-loved by those in the HVAC community, his co-workers and his customers.
In 1975, Kevin met Rini Lange, and they were married a few years later in 1980. Together they built a loving home and a family, having a son, Robert, in 1985, and a daughter Kelly, in 1989. They moved around Old Bridge many times until 1995 when they moved to Monroe Twp., NJ, and remained there to this day. Kevin loved living in a rural area where deer were always wandering through the woods behind their house and where he could relax in the sun next to their swimming pool. He loved going on vacation to warm-weather places – Florida, Aruba, Bermuda, Arizona – and sunbathing on the beach. He was an avid sports enthusiast – he loved watching football, baseball, basketball and most of all, Nascar racing. He even had a few opportunities to drive a race car. He also loved muscle cars and owned two classic Camaros in his lifetime.
Kevin is predeceased by his father and mother, Robert and Rose Arvidson, his sister, Lynne Ariemma, his father-in-law, Paul Lange, and his mom's second husband, Arthur Wilton. He is survived by his wife, Rini Arvidson, of Monroe Twp., NJ, his son, Robert Arvidson, and his wife, Michelle, of Howell, NJ, his daughter, Kelly Arvidson, of Clinton, NJ, his two special granddaughters, Sienna and Scarlett Arvidson, his brother, Keith Arvidson, and his wife, Cheryl, of

Old Bridge, NJ, his sister-in-law, Cathy Lange, and her husband, Frank Conte, of Wakefield, MA, and his brother-in-law, Fred Ariemma, of Staten Island, NY, along with many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews along with innumerable friends, many of whom considered him a "brother".
