Niagara – Kevin E. Bickler, 60, of Niagara, Wisc., passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, at his home.
He was born on January 28, 1964, in Antigo, Wisc., to the late William and Evyonne (Heller) Bickler.
He grew up in Antigo, Wisc., and graduated from Elcho High School, class of 1982. After graduation, he served in the Army National Guard from June 1982 until his honorable discharge in November 1984. Over the course of time, he worked in numerous fields including but not limited to construction, automotive, and general maintenance. For the last 17 years, he worked in many departments at Walmart.
Kevin was a simple man who lived a simple life with his significant other, Marci Kopenski for the past 27 years. He enjoyed watching football games, talk shop, and cooking out with his best friend, Brett Finn. He was a lover of classic cars, including his brother David's Plymouth Barracuda, and all things Titanic. He was a man who loved having a good conversation and being surrounded by good people; especially his weekly lunches with Marci's father, Keith Kopenski.
He is survived by his children, Hannah Bickler, Shane Bickler, Jessica (Randy) Wesley, Dylan Bose, and Jacob Nelund; brother, Kim Volm; sister, Kelly Volm; grandchildren, Amelia Wesley, Richard Larson, and Atlas Nelund; significant other, Marci Kopenski; and numerous nieces; and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William Bickler, David Bickler, Steven Bickler, and Jeffrey Volm.
No formal services will be held at this time.
