Kevin Maurice Clark Sr.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23: 1-2:6
Kevin Maurice Clark Sr. was born September 2, 1964 in Fairfield County, Connecticut to the late James and Eleanor Ruth Clark. He departed this earthly life and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
Kevin attended the public school of Fairfield County. He served in the Army for 10 years and the Desert Storm for 1 year. Kevin moved to North Carolina and from there he worked at National Spinning for 2 years, where he met his wife, Renaissance Clark. He also worked at Weyerhaeuser for 15 years and DSM for 10 years. He was also known by his street name "KAYCEE". Kevin made friends no matter where he went! He was outgoing and well liked, to all those who knew him. Kevin favorite pastimes were fishing or as he would say "throwing a line", riding his slingshot, playing cards (bet 5), and he enjoyed more than anything being a loving husband, father, and grandfather!
Kevin was preceded in death by his father Mr. James Clark, his mother Eleanor Ruth Clark and one sister Sharon Denise Griffin.
Kevin leaves to cherish his memories: his Wife: Renaissance Clark of the home. Two daughters: Shemeka Keyes and Kelly Clark both of Williamston, NC; One son: Kevin Clark Jr. of the home; One sister: Linda (Ralph) Brown of Williamston, NC; One Brother: Jerry Clark of Williamston, NC. Two Aunts: Hazel Blount of Farmville, NC; Betty Clark of Williamston, NC; One Uncle: Vernon (Aria) Vines of Farmville, NC; One Mother-In-Law: Ann Whitley of Washington, NC; Two Brother-In-Laws: Samuel Whitley Jr and Scott (Amanda) Whitley both of Washington, NC. He also leaves to cherish his memories: Nine Grandchildren: Destinee, Dynastee, Jykel, Joshua, Demaniee, Delaniee, Jamison, Kaidyn and Kelsie. And a host of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.
