Kevin Hornback Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
He was born in Sonora to Edward and Dorothy Riggs Hornback. Kevin was a driver for Cruse Trucking, loved helping other people and was a long time member of the Olive Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, David and Gary Hornback, and a sister, Wanda Routt.
He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Hornback of Upton, KY, son, Casey (Samantha) Hornabck of Upton, KY, daughter, Brittany (Stephen Adams) Hornback of Magnolia, KY, two sisters, Shirley Wease of Upton, KY and Becky Booker of Elizabethtown, KY, two brothers, Donnie Hornback of Upton, KY and Doug Hornback of MI, as well as two grandchildren, Zane Litherland and Melanie Vandergriff.
Funeral Services will be held Friday November 14, 2025 11:00 am at Olive Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Sonora, KY with Bro. Stanley Wooden officiating. Burial will be held at the family farm.
Visitation will be Thursday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Upton or Friday 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church.
