Kevin Edward "Dadder or Big Daddy" Lynch

Kevin Edward Lynch, 49, of Pequannock, New Jersey, passed away on September 13, 2025.

Born on July 30, 1976, Kevin was a lifelong resident of Pequannock and affectionately known as Dadder or Big Daddy. A proud ironworker, he worked for Steel Riser and Burgess Steel and was a member of the Local 580 in New York City. Kevin had a passion for snowboarding, a love for music, particularly Johnny Cash, Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and The Band.

Kevin had a talent for solving the Rubik's cube, carrying one in his pocket wherever he went. He also found joy in coaching hockey and hitting the golf course with friends. More than anything, he was a loving father who deeply cherished his family. He will be remembered forever for his truly giving spirit.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lynch and Anne Marie (Langan) Lynch. He is survived by his loving wife, Angela (Crum) Lynch; his cherished daughter, Cassidy Anne Lynch; his sister, Katie (Lynch) Rudge and brother-in-law, Robert Rudge, his brother, Stephen Lynch and sister-in-law Katrina Lynch; and his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Katie (Crum) de St. Paer and Brendt de St. Paer.

A Memorial Mass will be held to celebrate Kevin's life on October 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Pequannock. A repast will follow at Bardi's Bar and Grill.
