Kevin B. Williams

Kevin B. Williams, of Peoria,70, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at The Fountains Senior Living in Bettendorf, IA.
Kevin was born November 3, 1954, in Peoria, a son of Homer and Margaret (Sidwell) Williams. Kevin married Holly Robertson and had two children, Brooke and Brent (Sarah) Williams and their children, Austin and Camron Williams. He later married Aimee Williams, and had seven children, William, Matthew, David, Joseph, Effie, Thomas and Magdalene Williams, all of Peoria, IL. Kevin is survived by his children, sisters, Crystal Williams and Candy Williams, brothers, Roger Williams, Kim Williams and Kelly (Maureen) Williams.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, Homer Williams Jr. and sister, Deann Ruggles.
Kevin had a long career in the construction business, first working at his father's company, Homer Williams & Sons Construction and later worked at Williams Brothers Construction Inc.
Kevin's greatest joy in life was his family. He was a proud father who always showed up for his children, whether cheering from the sidelines or coaching their teams. He enjoyed lake days in Minnesota and family vacations to the beach.
For thirty-six years, Kevin was a referee in the Peoria area sharing his love of the game and even working the IHSA State tournament in 2004.
He found joy in the simple things - sharing laughs, making memories, and being surrounded by family and friends. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Visitation will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial be at 11:00 AM., with Father Daniel Dionesotes officiating. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Mausoleum.
