Kim Lim, a treasured soul known for his friendliness, generosity, and remarkable handiness, left this world at the age of 60 on
October 25, 2024, due to cardiac arrest. His departure occurred in Texas, far from his birthplace of Cambodia where he first began his journey on January 5, 1964.
Kim's warmth and dedication were the cornerstones of his life. His love for farm life was evident in the way he cultivated his garden. Employed as a mechanic at Carmax, Kim was known for his dexterity and the meticulous attention to detail that he brought to every vehicle he worked on. His colleagues at Carmax will remember him as much for his skilled hands as for his ability to brighten the workplace with his easy-going nature.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kim's life was rich with passions and pursuits. His love for gardening was more than a hobby; it was a way of connecting with nature and imparting beauty to the surroundings he cherished. This same love extended to his family home, where he would often be found tinkering with household items, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Kim believed that a life surrounded by the things one has built and maintained is a life well-lived.

His beloved wife Tina Lim and their children Alex Lim, Allan Lim, and Angelina Lim were the center of his universe.
