Born in Barnwell, SC, she was a daughter of Jimmy Oneal Elkins, Sr. and Rose Ellen Givens. She was a graduate of Barnwell High School and was a member of Ashleigh Baptist Church. She worked as Office Personnel for Rufus Orenduff Refrigeration. Kim loved music; she enjoyed singing, dancing and playing music. She also loved working out at the gym and previously worked as a licensed beautician.
Survivors include her mother, Rose Ellen Givens; her father, Jimmy (Denise) Elkins, all of Williston, SC; a son, Dustin (Brittany) Brock of Leesville, SC; grandchildren, Sophia and Taylor Brock and Charles "C.J." Roy; two sisters, Kristie (Todd) Hutson of Norway and Katina Beasley of Hilda, SC; a brother, Tommy (Mandy) Elkins of Williston, SC; a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who will all miss her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Oneal Elkins, Jr.

OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS TO HER AND HER FAMILY.
WE MEET KIM & MARTY AT GARDEN CITY BEACH BECAUSE OUR IN-LAWS LIVED NEXT DOOR.
THEY WOULD ALWAYS SPEAK TO US ANYTIME WE SAW THEM OUT ON THE BEACH.
SHE WAS ALWAYS VERY NICE , AND A PLEASURE TO BE AROUND.
