Kimberly Ann Hammerstrom

Kimberly Ann Hammerstrom, age 58, of McKeesport, died at home on January 27, 2025. Born November 24, 1966, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Dolores (Cieslewicz) Patton. Kim had been working in the cafeteria department and security department of the McKeesport Area School District before that. She truly loved her work and being available to share advice and listen to the children. Kim enjoyed Elvis Presley's music and loved collecting dolphin figurines. She found joy in the simple things in life and will always be remembered as a hardworking and loving individual. Kim is survived by her children, Zakary Hammerstrom of McKeesport and Samantha (Dominic) DeRosa of Mckeesport; niece, Brooke (Edward) Barca of Pittsburgh; also extended family, friends, and her McKeesport School family.
