Kimberly Ann Thomas passed from this world on Sunday November 3, 2024, at St Joseph Hospital, Berea, KY. Born in 1970 in Lexington, KY. Kimberly was the daughter of Diane Jordan Parms and the late Claude and Christine Akers. She was a seamstress, loved sewing and quilting. Kimberly also loved fishing and working crossword puzzles.
In addition to Claude and Christine, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Ray Thomas, her brother, Bobby Akers and sisters, Jeannie Potter and Rosemary Jordan.
Kimberly is survived by three daughters, Dianna Isaacs (Mackenzie) of Eubanks, KY, Tiffany Thomas, Brittany Sharp (Michael) five brothers, Burchell Parms, Scotty Parms, Luther Akers (Alma), Sam Akers, Jeff Akers (Jamie) and three sisters, Patricia Parms, Georgia Farris (Lonnie) and Brenda Edwards (James) She is also survived by a special friend, Craig Clark and two granddaughters, Elizabeth Isaacs and Mayce Norton.
Visitation for Kimberly will be held at New Hope Holiness Church Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 5-8 PM with funeral services being held on Wednesday November 6, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
Interment will be at Jordan Cemetery in Crab Orchard following the funeral. Pallbearers will be Burchell Parms, James Mullins, Mackenzie Isaacs, Andy Easter, Scotty Parms and Luther Akers.
