Preceded in death by his parents, Willie Simmons, Sr. and Lena Paul and one brother Willie Simmons, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife of 53 years, Nathalie; two daughters, Keishia (Herbert) and Anitra (Michael); three sisters; Carolyn Gumbs, Rosalie Simmons, and Chanel Warren; one brother, Johnny Williams; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, August 30, 2025, for 1:30 p.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126.
