Columbiana – Kristen Marie Gough, 59, of Columbiana passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at her mother’s home surrounded by her loving family, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on July 3, 1966, in Salem.
Kristen graduated from Crestview High School where she enjoyed being a cheerleader with her sister, Connie, and friends. She loved Jesus Christ as her Savior and always looked forward to prayer time with her mother and sister, Mary Ann. After becoming very ill, she attended the Church at the Center in Salem, that offered a drive-in-service. This was very helpful for her spiritual and physical needs.
She was employed at the Dutch Haus in Columbiana for many years and was a volunteer at the Salem Regional Medical Center.
Kristen is the daughter of the late John Gough and is survived by her mother, Doris Gough of New Waterford; two sisters, Mary Ann Williams of Salem, and Connie Smith of Gallatin, TN.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
Services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 12:00 pm at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Kurt Williams officiating.
A committal service will follow at Columbiana Cemetery, everyone is welcome to attend.
