He was born January 29, 1986 in Belleville, the son of Kenneth and Mary Ann (Munier) Joseph, of Lebanon, IL.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amber (Vernier) Joseph, whom he married September 15, 2015; two children: Nathan Vernier and Sebastian Joseph; two siblings: Kevin (DJ) Joseph of O'Fallon and Kathie (Ryan) Conkling of San Francisco; his mother-in-law, Elise Vernier of DeSoto, MO; five nephews: Lucas, Max, Dominic, Sam and Bobby; two nieces: Samantha and Kitty; and two sisters-in-law: Heather (Douglas) Strong of Japan and Christine (Robert) Kelly-Clark of Hillsboro, MO.
Kurt was preceded in death by a nephew, Teddy Kelly-Clark, his father-in-law, John K. Vernier, his aunt Gladys (Joseph) and his Uncle Jim Williamson.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2025 at St. John United Church of Christ in Trenton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice or to the family to help with final expenses.
