Kurt Surber Obituary
Born July 3, 1957, in Crawfordsville, Kurt was the son of Daryl Surber and Helen (Steele) Schilling. He was a 1976 graduate from Crawfordsville High School and worked in construction. He enjoyed photography, playing music, collecting Indian artifacts, and spending time with animals and nature.
Surviving Kurt are his sisters, Brenda Dado, Terri (Howard) Farley, and Cindy "CJ" Close; brothers, John (Marla) Schilling and Duke (Tiffany) Surber; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Herbert Schilling; and brothers-in-law, Vladimir Dado and Christopher Close.
No services will be scheduled at this time. Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort is assisting the family with arrangements. Messages of condolence to the family are welcomed at www.gendafuneralhome.com.
