Larry Chapman English

Larry Chapman English, 40 years old of Pemberton, New Jersey, passed away on December 19, 2025 surrounded by loving family.

Larry was born on July 13, 1985 in Mount Holly, New Jersey to Ronald English and Naomi DeGroat.

Larry attended Pemberton Township High School. Larry was an avid soccer player and a shining athlete. He held kicking records for football at Pemberton Township High School, and was a naturally talented artist. In his free time Larry enjoyed dirt bikes and other motor sports.

Larry was known for his generosity, humor and strength. He valued family and loyalty. Larry deeply cherish time spent with Family. He enjoyed long phone conversations, laughter, and peaceful moments.

Larry leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory forever. He is survived by his loving parents Ronald English Sr. and Naomi DeGroat, his step mother Jahaira Cotto. His devoted girlfriend Noelle Johnson. His brother Ronald English Jr., step brother Michael & Magda Mercado and sister and brother-in-law Meriah & Frankie Batista. His precious nieces and nephews Frankie II, Hailey, Isaiah and Leia Batista and Mia Mercado. He also leaves his behind his uncle and aunt Donnie & Esther English and beloved cousin Dr. Na'Shea English, daughter of Donnie English. His legacy will continue to live on through countless family members and friends who were touched by his love.

Larry English was preceded in death by grandparents First Sergeant Larry Leroy English and Maria English, Lesley Chapman DeGroat and Martha DeGroat.

Relatives and friends are invited to Larry's visitation on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 11AM-1PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Memorial service will follow at 1PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry's memory may be made to Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital by making the check out to "Virtua Health Foundation" and mailing to Office of Philanthropy, 303 Lippincott Drive, 4th Floor, Marlton, NJ 08053.
