Larry Eugene Garrett, Jr., 65, passed away on March 19, 2025 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center – Belmont.
He was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, on February 4, 1960 to Glenda Bishop Garrett and the late Larry Eugene Garrett, Sr.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Garrett.
Larry enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. After serving in the US Army he worked as a contract painter. He was the father of three daughters and an all-around good guy.
He is survived by his daughters, Leeangela Koerber, Laua Esguerra, and Kayla Bullard; mother, Glenda Bishop Garrett; brothers, Ian M. Garrett (Deborah) and Todd Garrett; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Mason, Gwendolyn, Addison, Gabriel, Lilliana, Jackson, Olivea, and Garrett.
Services will be announced at a later date.
