1939-2021
Larry Lohmann passed away Friday, October 29th, 2021 of natural causes. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Second Baptist Church 6400 Woodway Houston, TX 77057. Visitation will be at Dossman Funeral Home 2525 N. Main St., Belton, TX 76513 on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Graveside services at 3:00 p.m. at North Belton Cemetery.
Larry Werner Lohmann was born December 29, 1939 in New Orleans, LA to Anna Barbara Pabst and John Lohmann Jr.
Larry loved life and adored his wife Jeanna and their three children Angela, Shannon and Larry Jr.
There wasn't anything Larry couldn't fix, he loved tinkering and any mechanical challenge. Larry enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and watching sunsets. Larry loved to plan family gatherings, grocery shop and prepare meals for everyone, but his all time love was his beloved wife, Jeanna. Larry and Jeanna were married 56 yrs. where they resided in Houston, Belton and San Leon and now finally reunited in heaven.
Larry served in the Army and worked for the Rail Road, Kaiser Aluminum and Weir Radio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna Barbara and John, and his wife Jeanna. He is survived by: his brother, John Lohmann III, his children Angela Prade, Shannon Kmiec and Larry Lohmann Jr., and their families. Larry had 6 grandchildren Kurt, KaeCee, Kendall, Callie, Travis and Carley and 12 great grandchildren.
