Larry "Cueball" Stuedemann, age 68 of St. Paul, passed away on November 7, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Larry was born in St. Paul on June 25, 1957 to Delford and June (Laabs) Stuedemann. Throughout life, Larry always carried himself with a type of confidence that commanded a room. From his flashy style to his outgoing nature, he had a memorable charm. His passions were as bold as his personality. He was a particular eater (being mindful to avoid anything white) but had a love for good food, especially Mancini's. Larry was incredibly intelligent and filled with many fun facts, which would have made him an excellent contestant on one of his favorite shows- Jeopardy. His love for live music was evident, and he could often be found dancing and enjoying the rhythm of a good band. Larry's adventures took him from skiing on the slopes of Colorado to visiting family on the shores of Florida. While he adored many things, Larry famously expressed his disdain for farming. He infamously quoted, "I love my brother, but I hate bovines."
Larry's unwavering spirit shone throughout his battle. He was a man of his faith and found comfort in the words of Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, Never will I leave you; Never will I forsake you."
Larry is preceded in death by parents Delford and June Stuedemann. He is survived by siblings Linda (Thomas) Bystrzycki, James (Jeanne) Stuedemann, Janet (Tom) Palme, Kevin (Meg) Stuedemann, and Keith (Jackie) Stuedemann; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 12 PM with visitation starting at 10 AM.
