Laura Ann Chambers King, 85, widow of the late JC King, resident of Calhoun Rd., entered into rest Thursday December 8, 2022 at the residence of her son Carroll King.
Born on December 16, 1936 in Greenville to the late Amon and Geneva Loftis Chambers, she was a high school graduate and retired from Cushman.
She was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children, Carroll King and wife Kathy of Williamston, Phil King and wife Lynn of Belton, and Geneve Sauls and husband Bo of Anderson; her grandchildren, Jeremy C. King and wife Letha, Justin A King and wife Jenna, Sheena King, and Parker Sauls and wife Mikayla; her great grandchildren, Jennings, Everette, Mary, and Macie King. She was predeceased by her sisters, Valma Scarborough, and Frances Lowe, her brothers, Harold Chambers, Melvin Chambers, O'Neal Chambers, and Marshall Chambers.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday at 1:00 PM from the Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Randy Blank officiating.
