Lavena R. Milliken, 78, of Mifflintown, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at her residence. Born on September 16, 1946 in Mifflin, Juniata County, she is the daughter of the late Harry and Mabel (Pannebaker) Coder. She is survived by her sons Brian Oberlin and wife, Ginger, Todd Oberlin and companion, Wendy Sassasman, Robert Oberiln and wife, Stephanie. She is also survived by a sister, Lori Wilson, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Harry E. Coder and a daughter-in law, Brenda Oberlin. Lavena worked at Lyons Fashions in Mifflin, and later she worked in the insurance industry. She was a life member of the Mifflin Fire Department in the auxiliary helping with bingo. Lavena enjoyed going to see Chris Woodward in concert and was a part of the "Chris Woodward Fam", she also enjoyed cooking and baking, shopping but, most of all spending time with her family. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 19, 2025 at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown with Rev. Mike Edwards officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Milliken's memory can be made to Robert Oberlin, 16 East Market Street, Middleburg, PA 17842.
