Lawrence is preceded in death by his mother and father, Nellie and Robert Denton. He is remembered by his brother, Richard Denton; Sister, Katherine Goodwin; His sons, Tyler Denton and Robert Witcher; Three daughters, Kaley Denton-Nelson, Brandie Odom, and Kristina Szoke; As well as his seven grandkids, Liliana, Abel, Oliver, Selina, Breanna, Reagan, and Kinsley.
Lawrence, better known as Mike, had a love for classic cars and motorcycles. He was a truck driver for many years before he went on to work logistics for Walmart where he retired. He was known to have gatherings with his family around a fire and be a home to those he cared about. He also loved his kids and grandkids. He was known to make those around him smile and feel welcomed as family.
May his memory live on through his kids and those who loved him.
