Le Luan Obituary
Le Phuoc Luan, 81, of Port Neches, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023, at The Medical Center of SETX in Port Arthur.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Prayers will begin at 1:00 p.m. through 2:00 p.m. during the visitation for family and friends that did not get to attend the private service that was held for the family.
Luan was born in Quang Nam, Vietnam, on October 20, 1941, to Le Loc and Luong Thi Lam. After serving in the South Vietnamese military, he immigrated to the United States and became an entrepreneur. He was married to the love of his life Ngu Ngoc Phu. He was a member of Buu Mon Buddist Temple in Port Arthur, Texas. He enjoyed traveling and helping others who were in need. He loved flowers and trees and was an avid gardener.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Ngu Ngoc Phu; daughters, Le Ngoc Dung and husband Thomas Thayer of Austin, TX; Le Ngoc Han of Port Neches, TX; his sons, Le Phuoc Quang Ninh and wife Nghiem Thi Kim Phuong of Huntington Beach, CA; and Louis Le of Port Neches, TX; his brother, Le Phuoc Nuoi and wife Chau Thi Lien Thanh of Seattle, Washington; one grand-daughter Charlotte Alexandra Le; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
