It is with much sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leah Hofle, born May 9th, 1981, and passing on May 15th, 2025, at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.
Leah is survived by her parents Oliver & Linda Hofle, brother Derek Hofle, nephew Declan Hofle, Grandfather Otto Hofle, her partner of many years Ed Cooke, Ed's father Tom Cooke, and the extended Cooke family. Leah is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and the many friendships, team mates and colleagues she had over her lifetime.
Leah has lived in Swedesboro, NJ, Lawrenceville, GA, Aston, Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, West Chester, Kennett Square, Yeadon, PA, and most recently in New Castle, DE. Leah graduated from Unionville High School in 2000, then attended Delaware County Community College and West Chester University. Leah was previously employed at Deloitte, Dell, SAP, and most recently at Cooke's Services.
Leah enjoyed being in the sun at the beach or a pool, sailing in the islands, drinking champagne, coffee, and eating/making her favorite food items; deviled eggs, macaroni salad, pasta alfredo and much more. When Leah was younger she enjoyed gymnastics, cheerleading, twirling baton, ice skating, and playing cards/games with her Grandpop Marabella and her brother Derek, cousin Shellie, or friends. Leah loved her furr babies, taking care for many cats & dogs, and caring for & spending time with her nephew Declan.
Our dearest Leah will forever live on within our hearts & memories.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation 6-7:30 P.M. Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Logan Funeral Home, 698 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341 followed by her Memorial Service at 7:30P.M.
