Lecil Wayne Daniel

Lecil Wayne Daniel, age 83, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Friday, December 5, 2025, in McMinnville, TN.
Mr. Daniel was born in Manchester, TN, to his late parents John William Daniel and Bessie Lee Shelton Daniel. He worked with AEDC as an electrician for 33 years and was proud of his time there. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, being with his family, and Southern Gospel singing, having sung with the Daniel Family Quartet in his younger years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Sartain Daniel; siblings, Russell Daniel, Preston Daniel, Drenon Daniel, Jeff Daniel, Mamie Ruth Fulton, Edna Mae Carter and Nell Hickerson.
Mr. Daniel is survived by his son, John (Tina) Daniel; daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Kirk and Nancy (Kent) Bush; grandchildren, Rachel Brown (Jennifer), Ryan Brown, and Olivia Bush; great grandchildren, Karsynn Brown and Ellie Brown; brothers-in-law, Maurice Carter and Jack (Joyce) Sartain; several nieces and nephews; several friends and his special Hardee's friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 8, 2025, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 2:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home with Paul Lane and John Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Sartain Cemetery in Coffee Co.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church in Manchester, TN.
