Leigh Anne Sullivan

Leigh Anne Sullivan passed away quietly on February 18, 2026, at the age of 62 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Leigh Anne had many obstacles to overcome in her life growing up in the Highlands. After spending some time with her siblings in an orphanage, she and her siblings were reunited with their mother Mildred (Gutterman) Sullivan and adopted father James T Sullivan while still young. She enjoyed shopping and playing with her mother. Leigh Anne loved music and dancing and could sing the words of hundreds of songs from memory. Her favorite artist remained Elvis Presley to the end. She was a happy soul, and no one was more important to her than her father whom she called, "Dadlet" in response to his name for her, "Leighannlet" and would shout "MY DAD" always in a loud and happy voice when she saw him or spoke to him on the phone. She had many happy times taking day trips with her father and especially the trip to Memphis, TN to see where Elvis lived and sprang to fame.

She is survived by her son Gregory Denham and two grandchildren, as well as a niece Jasmine Sullivan-Turner, a nephew William Hall, and her father's partner and surrogate mother Judy Nielsen.

She was a lovely woman, easy to please and happy to the end.
