Lenda Moore Obituary
Lenda Sue Moore, 78 of Bowling Green died Sunday, October 26, 2025, at her residence.
The Edmonson County native was the daughter of the late Archie and Zelma Hawks Davis. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Davis and Brenda George and four brothers, J B Davis, Cliff Davis, Charles Davis and Bobby Joe Davis. Lenda was a retired employee of Country Oven Bakery as a lab technician. She was a member of Plum Springs Baptist Church and Sandhill Homemakers. For many years she enjoyed square dancing. She was a friend to all she met and loved helping others.
Leaving to cherish her memory is her husband Kenneth Larry Moore; a sister, Catherine Wilson; a brother, Kenneth Davis; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial at Hawks Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
