He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Kelley; sons, Adam Kelley and his wife, Amber, of Lumberton; Jason Kelley of Silsbee; and Christopher Kelley and his wife, Megan, of Kirbyville; grandchildren, Harley Kelley, Maddie Kelley, Wiley Kelley, and Insley Kelley; sisters, Reba Bass and her husband, Jerry, of Alvin; and Beatrice Harrison and her husband, Pat, of Warren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Rose Wilson.
A gathering of Mr. Kelley's family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Broussard's, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His interment will follow at Hardin Memorial Park, 418 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
