Leonard E. Jenkins, 94, passed away September 11, 2025.

Len was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and raised in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania before settling in Bridgewater in 1950. He was a member of the IBEW Local Union #102 and a founding member of the Martinsville Rescue Squad. Len dedicated his life to his wife and family. He not only built their first home, but helped to renovate and maintain his sons' homes over the years. Len had his own plane, traveled across the country flying and driving his motorcycle. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, hunting, and fishing, but most of all spending time with his family. Len will be sadly missed by all.

He is predeceased by his brother Robert Jenkins and sister Edith Jenkins.

Surviving is his wife of 75 years, Jean Eroh, Jenkins, sons Gary (Margaret) Jenkins, Duane (Nadine) Jenkins, and Robert (Susan) Jenkins, five grandchildren Steven, Chris, Tara, Zach, and Hailey and one great grandchild Liam.

Funeral services will be 11am Monday at Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 N. Gaston Ave, Somerville. Interment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge.
