Leonard C. Tipton

Leonard Clarence Tipton, 61, of Grand Island, FL, passed away on August 14, 2025. Leonard was born on March 15, 1964, in Detroit, MI, to his loving parents; Thomas C. and Edith M. (Pedrick) Tipton. Leonard was of the Baptist faith and became a resident of Florida in 1975. Leonard worked in construction for over ten years. He enjoyed spending his time playing softball, fixing bicycles and listening to country music. Leonard was a social man with a great sense of humor and loved his children dearly. He will be missed by his family. Leonard is survived by his children; Jessica Tipton, Thomas Tipton and John Adams, as well as his siblings; Tom (Sue) Tipton, Bill (Brenda) Cook, Edith Ann (Mark David) Field, and Lena (Bob) Tipton, two grandchildren; Kayden and Kennedy Adams and several loving nieces and nephews. Leonard is preceded in passing by his parents and brothers; Bob Cook, Jeff Cook and John Tipton.
