Dear Jackie and family, Frank and I were so sorry to learn of Jake´s passing. He was a kind and generous man. His service to the community was inspirational. I will miss his good natured kidding and sense of humor. He always brought a smile to my face. We will be committing random acts of kindness to keep his thoughtful legacy going.
With much affection,
Maureen and Frank Zaremba

Jake was a very nice person and a great person to work with. Will always remember him. He was dedicated, loyal, and kind. Rest in Peace Jake. You are now up in Heaven with the Lord.
