Lester Allen Obituary

Lester worked for General Motors in Anderson. He married Betty James on April 4, 1953, and they shared 67 years of marriage together. Lester was a charter member of the Bloomington First Nazarene Church.
Lester is survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ray Allen, Maude Watterson, Harry Allen, Arthur Allen, Homer Allen, Ruby Marshall, Jane Evans, Faustina Worsham, Roxie Williams, and Lola Mae Quinn.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Knotts Cemetery in Bedford, Indiana. Allen Funeral Home and Crematory in Bloomington, IN, have been entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences, photos, and memories may be shared with family and friends at www.allencares.com
