Obituary
Guest Book
Beloved husband, father and grandfather. Lewis Warren Dickert, 70 years old. Born March 17th 1955 to Jolene Hall and Gordon Dickert. Louie passed October 31, 2025. Preceded in death by his late wife Janet Sue Bloomfield. Louie is survived by his wife Tamela Lin Dickert (nee Sellers), children: Jeremy Lewis, Tanya (Richard) Dickert, Michelle Lauren (Dickert) Shawn Amann, step son Shane Michael Shockley, grandchildren: Elaina Grace Dickert, Katelynn Belle Shockley, Jack Kolton Dominque, Cameron William Michael Shockley. Step brothers Milton and Ronald Dickert.
Louie worked hard for the title of transportation supervisor for Stericycle. He was there everyday. Everyone loved him for his humor. He could turn a hard day at work for his drivers into a fun day with just a witty comment.
Louie loved fishing, playing cards, watching movies and sitting on the porch with Tamela watching the cars go by. If any old ones went by he would say the year, make and model. Louie could name movies and he loved animals - his dogs Rocky & Snickers & cat Lil Buddy.
He loved to make people laugh with his jokes and wit, trying to help wherever he could. He loved remodeling their little castle.
The family will be receiving friends Thursday November 6, 2025 at 11 AM with funeral at 12 noon, at Evans Funeral Home 1944 Ohio 28 Goshen, OH 45122.
No more pain, no more Strife. Praise God he will have a new body. We will see you soon.
Love you Louie. Good night my knight in shining armor.
