Lezema Stegall, born on April 6, 1939, in Fulton, Mississippi, peacefully departed this world on June 22, 2025. A beloved figure in her community, Lezema's warmth and kindness touched the lives of many throughout her years. Her dedication to family and friends was evident in all she did, and her legacy will remain in the hearts of those blessed to have known her.
Lezema's life was marked by a commitment to service and connection. She had an extraordinary ability to bring people together, creating bonds that would last a lifetime. Whether through her involvement in local organizations or simply offering a listening ear to those in need, she exemplified generosity and compassion.
A visitation to honor Lezema will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Chapel CME, located at 1799 MS-25, Fulton, MS 38843. Following the visitation, her funeral service will take place at the same location from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial service will follow, beginning at 2:00 PM at New Chapel CME Cemetery.
As we reflect on Lezema Stegall's life, we are reminded of the joy and love she brought into our lives. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
