Lillian was born July 12th, 1945, in Camden, New Jersey to John Trimble and Lillian Zell Trimble. She was the oldest of 7 children. She met Walter Bonin, who would become her loving husband, at Dore’s and married him shortly after on July 27th, 1969. Lillian gave birth to four children.
Lillian loved doting on her grandchildren. She was always happy to spend time with them, and her home was lovingly called “Grannie’s Preschool”.
In her younger years, Lillian enjoyed going out dancing with her husband and their friends. They frequently listened to Don Rich and loved Swamp Pop.
Lillian will be remembered by most, even those who were not her grandchildren, as “Grannie”. She will be remembered by all as a firecracker with a sharp wit, even until the very end. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
