GIRARD, OHIO – Linda K. White Archer, 78, of Girard, Ohio formerly of East Liverpool, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at her home with her family by her side.

Linda was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on May 31, 1947, a daughter of the late Stanford Paul and Ruby Earla (Flesher) Whitehill. She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School, Kent State where she received her bachelor's degree in education and YSU where she received a master's degree in education and curriculum. Linda retired from Beaver Local Schools where she taught 2nd grade at West Point Elementary until her retirement. Linda created the Kings Kids small group Bible study after school program at West Point Elementary. She was a member of Evangel Baptist Church in Boardman. She was also a member of the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Republican Presidential Task Force. Linda enjoyed gardening, nature and sharing the gospel of Jesus with others. Most importantly, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Preceding Linda in death were her 1st husband James C. White; 2nd husband Tom Lee Archer; grandson Kaiden McDevitt-Ours and sister Diane Whitehill.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Penni White; three granddaughters Kaitlyn McDevitt, Emilee McClun and Hannah Prasco; seven great grandchildren Addison Jones, Linkyn Crane, Brennan McClun, Noah Gillespie, Liam McClun, Milayah Williams and Zyair Williams; three stepchildren Joshua Archer and his wife Kate, Emily Fisher and her husband Kyle and Sarah Malinsky and her husband Chris; seven step grandchildren; two brothers-in-law Charlie Bernard and Elbert White and his wife Sherry; sister-in-law Gloria White; special cousin Gary Groubert and his wife Nancy and loving service dog Ellie.

Friends may visit Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pastor Randy Brunko of Evangel Baptist Church will conduct a funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
