Linda McCurdy Blodgett, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on November 15, 1942, in Boise, Idaho, where she spent her formative years and developed a deep love for her community. Linda pursued her education at Boise Junior College, setting the foundation for a successful career as a Production Manager for Hill Airforce Base. A woman of many talents and passions, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including her love for reading, photography, and scrapbooking. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Linda found great comfort and strength in her faith, which guided her through the trials and triumphs of life.

Above all else, Linda's greatest devotion was to her family. She fiercely loved and is survived by her children: Stephanie (Jonathan) Gore, Quent (Andrea) Blodgett, and Spencer (Kristen) Blodgett. Her legacy also lives on through her beloved grandchildren, Shayla (Jason) Steffen, Shadrack (Katie) Gore, Sloane (Robert) Behunin, Savannah (Michael Cook), Lewis Blodgett, Helen Blodgett, Annie Blodgett, Clark Blodgett, Maquela (Austin) Hanni, Emma (Cade) Nelson, Leigha Blodgett, and Henry Blodgett, as well as her fourteen great-grandchildren. Linda is also survived by her loving sister Sharon Keone, her ex-husband and friend Ramon Blodgett along with his wife Billie, and her cat Dickens.

She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn Emmett McCurdy and Leda Dawson McCurdy, sisters Verda Hochstrasser, Marilyn Rasmussen, Carol Rasmussen, brother Glenn Emmett McCurdy Jr., and her dog Sir Shauncey.

Her memory will forever be treasured by all who were fortunate enough to know her. A celebration of Linda's life will be held Monday September 15th 2025 at Relyea Funeral Chapel in Boise with a viewing at 10 am and service at 11 am. Family and friends will come together to commemorate the legacy of a woman whose kindness, love, and tremendous spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her. Interment will immediately follow at Dry Creek Cemetery in Boise. Tributes to Linda may be made at
