Linda served as the Postmistress of the Mahopac Falls Post Office for over 20 years. Following her retirement from the post office, she served as the secretary at Red Mills Baptist Church in Mahopac Falls. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed gardening and solving puzzles.
On April 13, 2002 she married Joseph Campanella. In addition to Joseph, she is survived by her step daughters, Janine (John) Vaughan, Laura (Aaron) Wienshienk and Nicole (Kurt) Lehmkuhl; her brother, Peter Marchese and sisters, Angela Hayes and Lucille Roberts and her five grandchildren, Tara, Bobbie, Danny, Zachary and Benjamin. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Marjorie Marchese. She was predeceased by her brother, Vincent LaBella Marchese.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Red Mills Baptist Church, 531 Route 6N, Mahopac Falls on Friday, December 2 at 10:30 am where Funeral Services will commence at 11 am. Interment will follow at Ballard-Barrett Cemetery.
