Linda A. Casey, age 68, of Naperville, Illinois, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, April 4, 2025.
Born on July 10, 1956, in Chicago, Illinois, Linda was the beloved daughter of the late John and Joanne (née Hamlin) Jacobs.
Linda was a devoted employee of Plainfield School District 202 where she served in many roles, retiring as the Director of IT.
She is survived by her devoted husband, John Casey; her mother, Joanne Jacobs; and her siblings, Jayne (Jerry) Rog, Jon (Maria) Jacobs, Dean (Paula) Jacobs, Sue (Tony) Stock, and Tom (Laurie) Jacobs. She was also a cherished sister-in-law to Michael Casey, Ann (Art) Tysiak, Mary (the late Chuck) Brody, and Eileen (Gary) Aye, and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Linda will be deeply missed by her extended family and dear friends.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2003 Hassert Blvd., Naperville. Interment will be private.
Memorial contributions in Linda's name may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Naperville Humane Society.

What a memorable and wonderful person Linda was! I knew her when she was a devoted Sears employee, so young and so sweet. No doubt John and Linda shared a very happy life; only hope the happy memories will sustain John.
