Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Linda was a graduate of New Utrecht High School. Linda enjoyed many occupations, including working for the New York City Department of Education, but her greatest joy was being a mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. Linda always told her son and daughter-in-law, that her greatest gift in life was her granddaughter, who lovingly called her "Gammie".
Linda is survived by her son Joseph Patrick Conforti, daughter-in-law Chistie Conforti (nee Tomasino), granddaughter Camryn Faith Conforti, brother Louis Vastano, and many relatives and friends who loved her very much. Linda leaves behind an amazing legacy which her loved ones will cherish forever.
Family and Friends may be received on Monday 10/9 at Hanley Funeral Home, 60 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, NY, from 3-8 pm. Funeral Mass at 10 AM, October 10th at Our Lady of Good Council Church,10 Austin Place, Staten Island, NY.
