Linda Ann Davis, age 67, of Chapmansboro, TN, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at her residence.
Linda was born on November 27, 1955, in Nashville, TN to the late Sterling Reed and Edna Dismang. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jimmy B. Crowder II, late husband, Stanley Davis, Sr.; sisters, Shelia Clem, Louise Jenkins, and daughter in law, Melanie Crowder. She is survived by her children, Jadea (Roy) Loftis, Jimmy B. Crowder, Crystal (Nicholas) Krantz Jackson; brother, Larry Reed, sister, Debbie (Billy) Pedigo; stepchildren, Angela (Ryan)Warren and B.J. Davis (Brittney Tucker); grandchildren, Barry Robinson, Dylan Robinson, Caleb Krantz, Jessica Robinson, 5 great grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren to be, and 8 step grandchildren.
Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. She never met a stranger and loved talking. She loved square dancing and loved picking at those she loved and adored.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Pleasant Valley Freewill Baptist Church from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with brother James "Bubba" Morris officiating. Service times will be announced. (Access church from HWY 12, due to road closure).
