Linda Landis Obituary

Linda was born on July 3, 1946 in Lodi to the late Wilbur and Evelyn (Tuttle) Jennings and was a 1964 graduate of Cloverleaf High School. She attended Gerber Beauty School in Akron and had worked for nearly 15 years as a hairdresser having operated Barb's Beauty Bar in Creston. On April 2, 1977 she married Donald R. Landis and he preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 2012. Linda was an avid card player having been a member of several card clubs but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with family and friends and spoiling her grandson, Donovan. She was a member of Bethel Christian Church near Seville.
Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Robert Nightwine of Pickerington and her grandson Dovovan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don and her parents.
Private family services will be held at Murray Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Gerber officiating. Burial will be in Seville Mound Hill Cemetery. Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com

Laura, Rob and Donnovan. My heart and prayers go out to you during this time. I have so many good memories of Linda. She has been a friend for over 40 years and I enjoyed and valued our friendship. She was caring and always ready to help someone. She loved you and her family was her life. I will miss her and her laughter. Love to the three of you.
