Linda Louise Morris, 60, passed away on June 27, 2024. She retired from South Park Tapp as a childcare assistant. Linda enjoyed fishing, making crafts and photography. She was a huge animal lover and especially loved her Sadie Mae. Linda had a loving personality and loved spending time with her family and friends. Linda will be truly missed, but will forever live in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Embry and nephew, Brandon Embry.
Linda leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Anna Louise Embry; furbaby, Sadie Mae; sister, Pamela Miller; brother, Harold W. Embry; nieces, Jennifer (Thomas) Hayes and Amber Embry; nephew, Scott (Ashlee) Embry; great-niece, Avianna Embry; great-nephews, Jordan Hayes, Scotty Embry and Christopher Embry; life long best friend, Sandy (Frank) Rihn; god-daughter, Taylor (Robbie) Garner and bonus god-daughter, Hannah, and a host of family and friends including John.
Visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 10am-1pm with a celebration of Linda's life beginning at 1pm.
Linda will be laid to rest at Bethany Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Hwy, Valley Station, KY 40272.
