Linda Alice Mariotti

Linda Alice Mariotti, 75, of Barrington NH, died peacefully on Monday January 27th, 2025,
with her son, Dan, at her side. She was born on April 28th, 1949, in Rochester, NH;
the daughter of Robert F. Brown, Sr. and Irene A. (Meattey) Wilcox.
Linda graduated from Dover High School in 1967. She worked in the financial
industry for many years, including running her family's business, J.E. Mariotti
Machine, for 25 years. She retired in 2015, finishing her career as the CFO at
Russound. She was an avid horsewoman and spent many years competing in
reining and barrel racing trials with her beloved quarter horses. Linda also loved
cruising to tropical places, reading, and country music.
Linda is survived by her sons, Jason of North Anson Maine, and Daniel of Dover NH,
her mother Irene Wilcox, brothers Robert Brown Jr & his wife Joanne, Randy Brown &
his wife Yvette, grandsons Jakob and Lucas, nephews Kevin, Kirk, Rod Jr, Scott,
Tyler, Gavin, and Matthew, nieces Courtney and Kelsey, and many friends.
She was pre-deceased by her father Robert Brown Sr., stepfather Robert Wilcox,
brother Rodney Brown, and daughter-in-law Beth Mariotti.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda's name to Shriner's
Hospital for Children at donate.lovetotherescue.org
Calling hours will be held on Friday January 31st from 12-2pm followed by a funeral
service at 2pm with Father Aggy officiating. All services will be held at the
Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Road in Lee, NH 03861.
