Linda Overfield Obituary
Passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 75.
Predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Jack Overfield; parents, Jacqueline Dembitsky & Harold Neitz; and brother-in-law, Donald Overfield.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Sean) Walter-O'Donnell & Jackie (Andy Gallo) Hilobuk; grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan (Emily), Mikayla (Scott), Nicole (Steve), Aidan, Alyssa (Stephen), Josh (Selena), Katie (Gage); great-grandson, Travis; siblings, Jerry Neitz, Betsy Carpenter, & Becky Riscignolo; sisters-in-law, Barbara Overfield & Lucille Irons; many nieces, nephews, cousins, & lifelong friends.
Linda had a deep love for life and the simple joys it offered. She found happiness in gardening, traveling, camping, and visits to the casino. She adored giraffes and had a passion for reading. Most of all, Linda loved her family dearly and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. She was adventurous, always ready for anything, and brought warmth and enthusiasm wherever she went.
Family will receive friends on Monday, June 16th from 3-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, June 17th at Grove Place Cemetery, 2775 Chili Ave.
