Linda Lou Rogers was born August 29, 1947, in Green County, KY to Geneva Whitlock Lobb Wilcoxson of Green County, KY and the late Clarence Lobb. She departed this life Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Signature Healthcare in Glasgow, having attained the age of seventy-seven years, two months and nineteen days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. She loved gardening and was a housewife. She was preceded in death on June 20, 2023, by her husband Donald Graham Rogers and her sister: Raydena Coleman.
Besides her mother, she is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law: Theresa Rogers Simpson and husband Rick of Campbellsville, KY, and Melissa Murphy and husband Joseph Gregory Murphy Jr. of Fountain, Colorado. Also surviving are brothers and sisters: Larry Lobb, Ramona Simpson, Mark Lobb and Freda Jeffries, all of Greensburg and Debbie Grammar of Campbellsville, five grandchildren: Donald Tucker and wife Lana, Frankie Tucker and his wife Alexis, Joseph Blake Roberts, Joseph Gregory Murphy III and wife Samantha, and Wesley Murphy and wife Auriel, seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
