Linda Mary Rohn, 76, of Lone Rock died on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at home. She was born on April 3, 1949, in Richland Center, the daughter of Buford 'Sam' and Mary (Brock) Hansen. Linda was Miss Richland County in 1966. She and her high school sweetheart Martin Rohn were the Richland Center High School Prom King and Queen. Linda graduated from Richland Center High School in 1967. On April 17, 1971, Linda was united in marriage to Martin Rohn and the couple farmed together in Rohn Hollow. She also worked off the farm at Citizens Loan and Finance, the Richland Foundry, with Dr. Clausius, and at the Ithaca School. Once their children Greg and Diana were born Linda stayed home to raise their children. After the kids were in school, she went to work for Richland County where she worked for 27 years, until her retirement.

Linda was a 4-H Leader with the Gotham Go-Getters and was the treasurer for Buena Vista Township for 10 years. She was named the Richland County Outstanding Farm Woman in 1998 and she and Martin were recognized as the Richland County Outstanding Young Farmers in 1983. Linda and Martin rode motorcycles with their high school friends for many years. She started a scholarship program for the Richland Center Junior Bowlers. Family meant a lot to Linda and loved going on their annual family Christmas outing with their kids and grandkids to different waterparks.

Linda is survived by her husband of 54 years, Martin;

Children: Greg (Meghan) Rohn of Lone Rock,

Diana (Justin) Lambries of La Crosse;

Grandchildren: Kaytlynn Lambries, Esme Rohn, Owen Lambries, Weslee Rohn;

Brother and sisters: Barbara (Gary) Horejsi of St. Paul, MN,

Gary (Sherry) Hansen of Richland Center,

Ruth (Bruce) Wilson of Richland Center;

Brother-in-law: Michael Rohn of Richland Center;

Sisters-in-law: Malinda (Dale Servais) McCarthy of Sextonville,

Midge (Dan) McCauley of rural Viola;

Many other relatives and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Buford and Mary and in-laws Clarence and Margorie Rohn.

Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 4:30 PM. Per Linda's wishes please bring a flower from your home garden to be placed in vases at the visitation. Memorials in Linda's name may be directed to GRACE, Richland County Sheriff's Department K-9 fund, or Gundersen Hospital.
