In Loving Memory of Linda Weinert On April 11, 2025, Linda Weinert peacefully entered into eternal rest and the joy of Heaven, reunited with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Many years ago, Linda made a life-changing decision to accept Jesus into her heart, a commitment that shaped her journey and touched the lives of countless others. Her quiet humility and genuine warmth made a lasting impression on everyone she met-she had a beautiful gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved.
In 1989–1990, Linda fought a courageous battle with cancer. She often shared that during those difficult days, it was just her and Almighty God-praying continuously, leaning on His strength, and uplifted by the prayers of devoted friends and family. By God's grace, she was healed and granted many more years to continue her life's ministry of love, encouragement, and faith.
Linda was born on November 30, 1943, in Mount Vernon, NY. She later lived in New Jersey with her family before eventually settling in Florida. She was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a proud and loving grandmother known affectionately as "Nina." On February 3, 1967, she married the love of her life, Thomas Weinert, and they shared 58 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they were inseparable-partners in life, faith, and family.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Thomas Weinert; her three children, Jeffrey Weinert, Thomas Weinert, and Linda Rinaldi; and her six cherished grandchildren: Macy Weinert, Nicole Weinert, Matthew Weinert, Michael Weinert, Massimo Rinaldi-Swail, and Raffaella Rinaldi-Swail. Her family was her greatest joy and legacy, and she poured her love into each of their lives. Linda's faith, kindness, and strength will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed, but her light lives on in every heart she touched. She will be missed but one day we will be together forever.
The viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 16th between 3-4pm followed by the service at between 4-5pm at Tomoka Christian Church 1450 Hand Ave Ormond Beach FL 32174.
