Lindabeth Helms

Lindabeth (Beth) Helms, age 76, of Maryville, passed away at 7:14 A.M., Wednesday, Janurary 14th, 2026, at her home surrounded by her children. She was a loving wife, mom, and friend, with a gentle heart, who devoted her life to the family she loved so dearly. The "Man Upstairs" welcomed another star to His kingdom. Tonight, we look at the heavens and how brightly she shines. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Kelley David Helms, and her son, Scottie Earl Helms; parents, Roy and Roberta Long; brothers, Mike, Tommy, and Doug Long. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Catrina and Paul Gamble, and Kelly Hembree; son and daughter-in-law, James and Lisa Cansler; special son-in-law, Todd Dellmore; grandchildren, Elicia and Thomas Lyle, David (Bubba) Hembree, Bradley and Nicholas Cansler, Ryan and Candice Moser, and Leah Moser, and Savannah Helms; great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Jaycie Lyle, Oaklee Hembree, Davina and Riven Moser; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and James Devine; and sisters-in-law, Emma Jane Long and Judy Long. She also had several nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, at Lakeside Baptist Cemetery, in Vonore. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
