Lisa M Gilchrist, 65, of Marlette passed away Wednesday, August 20. 2025 at her home.

Lisa was born on March 5, 1960 in Garden City, Michigan to the late Craig (Donna Kirk) Gilchrist. She attended Imlay City Schools. Lisa was a homemaker that loved taking care of her family. She was a strong and funny woman. Lisa enjoyed everything about Native American culture, especially dreamcatchers. She liked wildlife and her animals but her whole world revolved around her granddaughter, Ayrianna.

Lisa is survived by her daughter, Leila (Joe) Goss; grandchildren, Stephen Pake, Kendra Goss and Ayrianna Goss; siblings, Kerry Boettcher, Jack Barton, Bounty (Nicole) Kirk and Kimberly Gilchrist; her dog, Boo Boo; several honorary children, nieces and nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her grandson, Ashton Miguel; all three parents, Donna Kirk, Kennth "Bounty" Kirk and Craig Gilchrist; honorary son, Thomas Saylor; best friend, Lee Ellen Bristol and her dog, Baby Suggs.

The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
